This month, why not walk, jog or run ‘Miles for Momentum’. By putting your daily exercise allowance to good use, you’ll have even more motivation to get active and will be doing something incredible for the families we support.

How to get involved 

  • Register your details for either the 30mile or 100mile challenge
  • Set up your online fundraising page and share with everyone you know
  • Walk, jog or run your target number of miles throughout the month. Whether you choose to stroll a few miles every day or tackle a handful of marathons, it’s up to you!
  • Record the route on your preferred fitness app
  • Upload photographic proof to the event website and you’ll receive a digital medal     
  • If you manage to raise £100 for Momentum Children’s Charity, we’ll send you a physical personalised medal for your efforts!

How your support helps

£5 Could restock a hospital fridge with ice lollies and cold drinks to help soothe child suffering with side effects of chemotherapy. 

£12 Could fund a ‘creative and wellbeing’ pack to be delivered to families in isolation whose child has cancer or a life-challenging condition.

£30 Would offer a child a virtual educational support session, supporting their learning and building confidence whilst they are in isolation at home due to the Coronavirus crisis. 

£100 Provides 5 hours of personalised support for a seriously ill child, their siblings and parents from a Momentum Children’s Charity Family Support Worker.
