How we help

How we

We work with each family to understand their needs and offer them support and services that are personally tailored.

In hospital

We work in hospitals to enhance the facilities adding colour, play features, and other comforts.

Family support

All families will have the support of a Momentum Family Friend, for as long as they need it.

Character visits

Momentum arranges special visits for children undergoing treatment for cancer.

We offer range of therapies to help children undergoing treatment for cancer, and their siblings.

Support groups

Sharing experiences with other local families in the same situation can be hugely reassuring.

Family photos

Every family we support is offered a free photo-shoot, creating beautiful memories for them to keep.

Respite Holidays

We own two stunning holiday cabins in the New Forest, where families can go for a much-needed break.

Boating Breaks

Our beautiful boat, called Moments on the River, is available to Momentum families for short breaks

We know all our families personally, and organise special treats when times are particularly tough.

We organise annual group trips for children and their families, and individually tailored outings.

Bereaved families

If the worst should happen, we will support bereaved families for as long as they need us.
