Our support doesn't end if your child dies; we're always here for you
Should the unthinkable happen, our Momentum Echoes programme supports families through the heartbreak of losing a child. Each experience is different and we work hard to identify the needs of each family and provide help where we can.
We may already be supporting a family through their child’s illness; a family may be referred to us by their medical team when their child is palliative; or a family may experience a tragic sudden death of their child and be referred to us by the local hospital (e.g. Kingston): we do not turn anyone away.
Momentum Echoes offers support in a number of ways:
Help with funeral arrangements
Counselling for family members
Therapy services for siblings
Memory making - photo books, memory boxes and quilts
Families can also make use of our other family services including:
A relaxing break away - Momentum owns two holiday homes which families may book to enjoy, and also a boat on the River Thames.
A programme of day trips and events (including spa days) throughout the year.
We stand shoulder to shoulder with our families for as long as they need us.
If you would like to speak to someone about Momentum Echoes, please call us on 020 8974 5931.
Our boat, Moments on the River, offers bereaved families the chance to have a day or weekend break together as a family . Please contact Ellen Cooper in the office to find out more.
